Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India only and do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before our daily cut-off time of 1:00 PM on business days are dispatched the same day where possible. Standard processing time is 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Bulk or special-procurement orders may take additional time, and we will inform you accordingly.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders of ₹999 and above.
  • A flat shipping charge of ₹79 applies to orders below ₹999.
  • Express shipping is available at ₹150, selectable at checkout for faster delivery.

The exact shipping charge for your order is shown at checkout before you complete payment. Shipping charges are exclusive of taxes.

Free shipping terms

All orders of ₹999 and above (including sale items) qualify for free standard shipping across India. The free-shipping offer applies to standard delivery only; changes such as address interception or re-routing after dispatch may be subject to standard shipping charges. This offer applies within India only.

Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on your location:

  • Metro cities: typically 2–4 business days
  • Other locations: typically 3–7 business days
  • Remote areas: may take 5–10 business days

Most orders are delivered within 7 days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, festivals, or regional restrictions, and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Partners

To ensure your order reaches you quickly and in good condition, we ship only through reputed courier partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, XpressBees, The Professional Courier, Shree Anjani, Mahavir, and Tirupati Courier. The courier is selected automatically based on serviceability and performance in your area. For remote locations, we can also ship via India Post (EMS Speed Post) on request.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details by email or WhatsApp. You can also track your order from your account: Account > Order History > [#OrderNo] > Track.

Store Pickup

Orders can be picked up from our store between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. You will receive a notification once your order is ready for pickup.

Packaging

All products are packed securely using anti-static materials for sensitive components, shock-resistant cushioning, and durable outer packaging to ensure safe delivery.

Damaged or Tampered Deliveries

If a package appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately with your order details. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos, and we will assist with a replacement or resolution.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information, and additional re-shipping charges may apply.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is not available.

Shipping Status & Claim Window

Please check and verify the shipping status of your order within 25 days of the order date. Courier companies do not share shipment data beyond this period, so claims for undelivered or untraceable orders reported after 25 days cannot be processed.

GST Information

All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. A GST-compliant invoice is provided with every order. To claim Input Tax Credit, please enter your correct GSTIN details on the cart page during checkout. We are not responsible for ITC issues caused by incorrect information.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy. Please refer to our Return Policy page for full details.
