Thank you for shopping with us at Circuitcomps (Hallmark PCB Services). We are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and securely across India. Please read this policy carefully to understand how your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
Shipping Policy
We process and ship orders on the same day for orders received before the daily cut-off time on working days. Standard processing time is 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Bulk or special procurement orders may take additional time, and customers will be informed accordingly.
We currently ship across India only and do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999. A flat shipping charge of ₹79 is applicable on orders below ₹999. The final shipping cost, if applicable, is shown at checkout before completing your order. Express shipping is available at a charge of ₹150. Customers can select this option during the checkout process for faster delivery.
Delivery Time
Delivery timelines depend on your location. Metro cities typically receive orders within 2–4 business days. Other locations usually take 3–7 business days, while remote areas may take 5–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or regional restrictions.
Shipping Partners
We use reliable courier partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, XpressBees, The Professional Courier, Anjani, Mahavir, Tirupati Courier, and India Post (EMS Speed Post for remote locations). The courier is selected automatically based on serviceability and performance in your area.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp. You can also track your order from your account section by going to Account > Orders History > [#OrderNo] Track
Store Pickup
Orders can be picked up from our store between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. You will receive a notification once your order is ready for pickup.
Packaging
All products are packed securely using anti-static materials for sensitive components, shock-resistant cushioning, and durable outer packaging to ensure safe delivery.
Delivery Issues
If the package appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately with your order details. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will assist you with a replacement or resolution.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address or contact information. Additional re-shipping charges may apply.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is not available.
Returns (Shipping Related)
Returns are accepted only for unused and unopened products. Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Opened or used items are not eligible for return. A 15% restocking fee may apply if repackaging is required. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping must be arranged by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for return shipments lost in transit.
GST Information
All prices are Exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. A GST-compliant invoice is provided with every order. Customers must ensure correct GST details are entered at cart drawer during checkout for Input Tax Credit claims. We are not responsible for ITC issues due to incorrect information.
