SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Thank you for shopping with us at Circuitcomps ("Hallmark PCB Services"). We are committed to delivering your orders quickly and securely. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your orders will be processed and shipped.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship orders same day for orders receive before Cut-off time on Weekdays. We have Free Shipping for order above ₹999 and Flat Shipping Charges of ₹59 for order below ₹999. Products shown on website are available in stock. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies. If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and email us, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest. We do not ship outside of India at this time. PROCESSING TIME:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.  bulk orders may take longer, and we will notify you of the expected timeline upon order confirmation.

SHIPPING RATES DELIVERY:

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We aim to keep shipping costs affordable while ensuring the safe delivery of our products

·         Domestic delivery (within India): Typically takes 5-6 business days.

·         International delivery: Currently we are not shipping international

TRACKING INFORMATION:

Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your order on the shipping provider’s web.

SHIPPING PARTNERS

We use Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, The Professional Courier, Anjani, Mahavir, Tirupati Courier to ship our products to your destination as available during checkout. We choose the courier which is having good performance in your delivery area with minimal delivery time. We also can ship through EMS Speed post on special request to remote locations, if you think that our shipping partners does not have coverage or served you improperly. 

STORE PICKUP

Orders can be picked up daily, from 10am - 6pm Monday to Saturday. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

 We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your products, please read our refund and exchange policy to understand the options available to you.
