ME2108A50PG 5.0V Step-Up Regulator IC – High Efficiency Boost Converter – SOT89-3

The ME2108A50PG is a high-efficiency 5.0V Step-Up (Boost) DC-DC Regulator IC from Microne, designed for portable and low-voltage-powered applications. Operating from an input voltage as low as 1.0V (start-up at ≤0.9V), this boost converter provides a stable 5.0V output with ±2.5% accuracy and up to 400mA output current when powered from 3.0V.

Built using a low-power CMOS process, the ME2108A50PG minimizes switching noise and ensures smooth, stable conversion with very few external components—requiring only three passive parts for a complete solution.
