SI2305 (A5SHB) – 8V P-Channel MOSFET – SOT-23 – ±3.5A – Low Voltage Load Switch Transistor

The SI2305 (A5SHB) is a low-voltage P-channel MOSFET designed for efficient power control and load switching in compact electronic circuits. Housed in a space-saving SOT-23 SMD package, it supports a drain-source voltage of 8V and a continuous drain current of up to ±3.5A, making it well suited for battery-powered and low-voltage applications.

This MOSFET features a ±8V gate-source voltage rating and low RDS(on), ensuring minimal conduction losses and improved efficiency.
