AOD407 P-Channel MOSFET – 12A 60V Power Switch – TO-252 (DPAK)

The AOD407 (D407) is a high-performance P-Channel power MOSFET designed for efficient high-current load switching in compact power electronics. Using advanced trench MOSFET technology, it provides low RDS(on), low gate charge, and low gate resistance—ideal for applications requiring reliable high-side switching.

Packaged in a TO-252 (DPAK) package, the AOD407 delivers up to –12A continuous current with a –60V drain-source voltage, making it suitable for battery-powered systems, motor control, power management, LED drivers, and general-purpose switching applications. Its excellent thermal performance allows robust operation in demanding designs.
