Operating from a 2V to 6V supply range, the SN74HC14DR is suitable for both low-voltage and standard CMOS logic systems. It features strong output drive capability of ±5.2mA and a typical 21 ns propagation delay at 6V, ensuring stable and responsive operation in a wide variety of embedded and digital applications.
Integrated clamp diodes provide input protection, while the device maintains reliable performance across –40°C to +85°C (industrial temperature range).
