Merchandise Returns

We accept returns for most products, subject to the conditions below. Customers may choose a replacement or refund, excluding shipping charges and payment fees.

All return requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery. To process a return, customers must contact our support team to obtain approval before sending the product back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging in resalable condition. A valid reason for return must be provided along with order details.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We do not accept returns sent via To-Pay or Cash on Delivery. Products must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

A restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied where repackaging or handling is required. Products marked as Non-Returnable or Non-Cancellable at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, our team will verify it within 3 working days. Approved refunds are processed within 5 working days to the original payment method.

Cancellations & Modifications

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. In such cases, the refund will be processed after deducting applicable payment gateway charges (typically up to 5%).

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

For special or made-to-order products, cancellation requests after production or order preparation may incur a fixed deduction to cover material and processing costs.

Order modifications such as quantity changes or additions must be requested before shipment. Once shipped, no changes can be made.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We provide replacement support for items that are defective, damaged during transit, or incorrectly delivered.

Transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Issues related to defective or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days. For sensitive electronic components, customers are advised to report issues within 24 hours.

Customers must provide clear photos of the product and packaging for verification.

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. If the product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or issue a refund.

This policy does not cover damage due to misuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

Cancellation by Circuitcomps

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to reasons including pricing errors, technical issues, stock unavailability, or payment verification failures.

In such cases, a full refund will be issued, and the customer will be notified promptly.

Jurisdiction

All disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India.
