The SMBJ11CA Bidirectional TVS Diode provides reliable protection for sensitive electronics operating on an 11V supply line. Engineered to suppress voltage spikes from inductive switching, lightning surges, and ESD events, this diode offers fast response and high clamping efficiency for robust circuit protection.
With a reverse stand-off voltage of 11V, a breakdown voltage up to 13.5V, and a clamping voltage of 18.2V, it ensures stable and dependable surge suppression. The device supports up to 33A peak pulse current, making it suitable for demanding applications in automotive, industrial, and communication electronics.
