ATTINY85-20PU AVR 8-Bit Microcontroller DIP-8 20MHz

The ATTINY85-20PU is a high-performance, low-power 8-bit AVR microcontroller from the ATtiny85 series, designed for compact embedded applications. Operating at up to 20MHz, it features 8KB ISP Flash memory, 512 bytes SRAM, and 512 bytes EEPROM, making it suitable for control, automation, and sensor-based projects.

This DIP-8 through-hole microcontroller supports I2C and SPI communication via USI interface, includes 6 general-purpose I/O lines, 4-channel 10-bit ADC, timers/counters, interrupts, and debugWIRE support for on-chip debugging. With an operating voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, it is ideal for industrial and consumer electronics.
