The TL431QDBZR from Texas Instruments is a precision, three-terminal programmable shunt regulator designed for accurate voltage reference and regulation applications. Offering excellent thermal stability across the full automotive temperature range, it provides a highly reliable alternative to traditional Zener diodes.
With an adjustable output voltage from 2.4V to 36V, the TL431QDBZR enables flexible design options in on-board regulation, adjustable power supplies, switching regulators, and reference circuits. Its active output circuitry ensures a fast and sharp turn-on characteristic, while its low typical output impedance of 0.2Ω delivers superior load regulation performance.
