The Texas Instruments TLC272CDR is a dual-channel, low-power LinCMOS™ precision operational amplifierdesigned for high-accuracy analog signal processing. With ultra-low input bias currents and a wide supply voltage range, it is ideal for precision sensing, buffering, filtering, and low-power analog applications.
Operating from a single supply of 3V to 16V, the TLC272CDR delivers excellent stability with a 1.1mV typical input offset voltage, 0.7pA input bias current, and a 2.2MHz gain bandwidth product (GBP). Its 5.3V/µs slew rateenables fast and accurate signal response, making it suitable for both low-frequency and moderate-speed analog circuits.
Built using TI’s LinCMOS™ technology, the TLC272 offers improved offset stability and exceptional latch-up immunity. Packaged in a compact SOIC-8 (3.9mm width) surface-mount package, this dual op-amp integrates easily into space-constrained designs.
