The VIPER22ASTR-E is a highly integrated SMPS primary switcher IC that combines a current-mode PWM controller with a high-voltage power MOSFET in a single SOP-8 package. Designed by STMicroelectronics, this device enables efficient, compact, and reliable offline power supply designs.
