XL1509-ADJE1 Adjustable 2A Buck Converter – 4.5–40V, 150KHz SOP-8

The XLSEMI XL1509-ADJE1 is a high-efficiency, adjustable 2A buck (step-down) DC-DC converter designed for compact, low-component-count power regulation. Operating from a wide 4.5V to 40V input range, it provides an adjustable output from 1.23V to 37V, making it ideal for a broad range of power supply applications.

With a fixed 150 KHz switching frequency, the XL1509 offers excellent efficiency while maintaining low heat generation and stable regulation. Its integrated design reduces external component requirements and simplifies PCB layout.

The device includes comprehensive protection features such as over-current protection, thermal shutdown, and an Enable (EN) pin for logic-level shutdown control. Packaged in a compact SOP-8 form factor, it is suitable for consumer electronics, embedded power modules, and battery-operated systems.
