Supporting standard SPI, Dual SPI, Quad SPI, and QPI, it offers exceptional flexibility for applications such as code shadowing, XIP (eXecute-In-Place), data logging, and configuration storage.

Operating at clock speeds up to 133MHz and capable of over 100,000 program/erase cycles, this device ensures long-term durability and faster memory access. With its ultra-deep power-down current of just 1µA, wide 2.3V–3.6Vsupply range, and an extended temperature rating of –40°C to +105°C, the XM25QH64AHIG is ideal for power-efficient and harsh-environment embedded applications.
