Eligibility of a product for return will be expressly mentioned on the Website page for that particular product. Only sealed and undamaged items may be returned. Any expenses incurred for the process of returning a product back to Hallmark PCB Services will be borne by the buyer and Hallmark PCB Services reserves the right to recover such cost from the buyer by any means at its disposal if the buyer does not bear the aforementioned expense.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Before Order has been Shipped
In case, customer want to cancel the order, before the order has been shipped, customer needs to pay flat 5% order cancellation charge. Circuitcomps will refund the amount after charging the order cancellation fees to the customer. Generally, the refund is initiated with 2 Business days. The time taken for the amount to get credited to customer’s original payment method, depends on payment gateway, and varies from 1-7 days.
After order has been shipped
In a case where the order has been shipped and customer would like to cancel the order, then as the order would have left our premises, we cannot cancel the order. But the customer should not accept the order, and ask the courier to return to sender, without opening the parcel. The refund will be initiated within 2 business days after the parcel has been received back at our office. In such scenarios, the customer would have to pay 5% order cancellation charge, and the forward shipping charge, and return shipping charge. We will initiate the refund to customer, the balance after charging the customer for order cancellation fees, forward shipping charge, and return shipping charge. If the customer has opened the parcel, then the returned items will be verified, and the refund will be initiated after verification within 3 business days.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
- Notification: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately by email and return the product within 7 days.
- Resolution: Once you report the issue, our team will work with you to resolve it promptly. Depending on the nature of the issue, we may provide a replacement. Verification of the damage or defect will be required. This process will be done within 7 days.
- Replacement: Once we receive damaged product we will process and deliver the replacement or exchange product within 6 to 7 days.
