TL431A / KA431A Programmable Shunt Regulator – TO-92 Package

The TL431A / KA431A is a versatile programmable shunt voltage regulator designed for precise voltage control in power supply and analog circuits. Functioning as an adjustable Zener diode, it provides a stable 2.495V reference voltage and can be configured to regulate output voltages from 2.5V to 36V using external resistors.

With a sink current range of 1mA to 100mA and low output impedance, it ensures accurate and stable performance in a wide range of applications. Its TO-92 package allows easy integration into through-hole PCB designs, making it suitable for both prototyping and production.
