The MLT-8530 Electromagnetic Passive Buzzer (SMD) is a compact and high-performance audio transducer designed for generating tones, alarms, and alerts in electronic circuits. As a passive electromagnetic buzzer, it does not contain an internal oscillator. It requires a square-wave drive signal (optimal around 2.7–4 kHz) to produce sound, allowing flexible tone generation similar to beeps heard in appliances like microwaves and washing machines.

Featuring a strong sound output of 80 dB at 10 cm, this buzzer is ideal for portable devices, embedded systems, IoT modules, alarms, and industrial indicators. Its SMD package supports SMT automated assembly, making it suitable for modern compact PCB designs.
