The BAT54S KL4 SOT23 Schottky Diode from Hottech is a dual Schottky diode designed for high-speed switching, low forward voltage applications, and precision signal routing. Encased in a compact SOT-23 package, the BAT54S integrates two Schottky diodes in a series configuration, making it ideal for clamping, polarity protection, OR-ing circuits, power management, and high-frequency applications.
