The FR307 Fast Recovery Rectifier Diode is a high-performance fast-recovery power diode designed for efficient rectification in high-voltage, high-current applications. With a 1kV repetitive peak reverse voltage, 3A average forward current, and 125A surge capability, it delivers reliable performance even under demanding conditions.
Its fast reverse recovery time of 500ns ensures improved switching efficiency, making it ideal for use in switched-mode power supplies, inverters, battery chargers, and motor control circuits. Constructed with a molded plastic case and axial leads, the FR307 offers durability, low reverse leakage, and consistent long-term operation. A polarity marking band clearly indicates the cathode for easy installation.
