The S1M SMA 1A 1kV General Purpose Diode is a high-voltage, high-reliability rectifier designed for a wide range of AC–DC and DC–DC power applications. With a 1A forward current rating and 1000V (1kV) reverse voltage capability, this diode is ideal for general-purpose rectification in power supplies, chargers, adapters, LED drivers, relay protection circuits, and industrial control systems.
