Product Description:
The SMBJ43CA TVS Diode is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor engineered to protect sensitive 43V electronic systems from damaging voltage spikes caused by lightning, inductive switching, and ESD events. With a reverse stand-off voltage of 43V, a breakdown voltage up to 52.8V, and a clamping voltage of 69.4V, this TVS diode ensures dependable and fast surge protection.
It supports a peak pulse current of 8.6A and features excellent clamping performance with an ultra-fast response time of less than 1 ps. Built in a low-profile SMB (DO-214AA) package, it is ideal for use in compact and high-density PCB designs across industrial, automotive, communication, and embedded systems.
