The SMBJ45CA TVS Diode is a high-performance bidirectional transient voltage suppressor designed for reliable protection of sensitive 45V electronic circuits. It safeguards devices against voltage spikes caused by inductive load switching, lightning surges, and ESD events. With a reverse stand-off voltage of 45V, a maximum breakdown voltage of 55.3V, and a clamping voltage of 72.7V, this diode ensures excellent energy absorption and transient suppression.
Engineered in a low-profile SMB (DO-214AA) package, the SMBJ45CA offers fast response time (<1 ps), high surge capability (8.3A peak pulse current), and superior clamping performance. It is ideal for industrial, automotive, telecom, and embedded applications requiring robust circuit protection.
