The TRF250-120 is a telecom-grade PPTC resettable fuse (polyfuse) designed by Raychem (now Littelfuse PolySwitch series) for overcurrent and transient protection in communication and general electronic circuits. This radial-leaded device offers reliable resettable protection, automatically returning to normal operation after the fault current is removed.

With a hold current of 120mA and a trip current of 240mA, the TRF250-120 provides precise protection for low-power and signal circuits.
