The HX6610S Lithium Battery Charging IC from Hengjiaxing is a highly integrated, efficient, and reliable single-cell Li-ion charging solution designed for USB-powered and adapter-powered applications. Featuring a constant current/constant voltage (CC/CV) charging profile and multiple protection features, the HX6610S ensures safe and optimized charging for portable electronics, wearables, IoT devices, and battery-powered consumer products.
This charger provides a preset charging voltage of 4.22V ±1%, with the flexibility to adjust the voltage externally up to the input voltage level. Built with an internal PMOSFET architecture, it requires minimal external components and eliminates the need for external blocking diodes. The IC supports trickle charge, constant current, and constant voltage modes, along with automatic recharge and intelligent thermal regulation to prevent overheating.
The HX6610S includes robust protection features such as reverse polarity protection, short-circuit protection, overvoltage shutdown, and 0V battery charging, ensuring safe operation even in demanding environments.
