The ME2108A33PG is a high-efficiency PFM Step-Up DC/DC converter IC designed specifically to deliver a stable 3.3V output from low input voltages. With an input range of 1V to 3V, this boost converter is ideal for battery-powered electronics requiring efficient voltage boosting with minimal external components.
Built using low-power CMOS technology, the ME2108A33PG offers excellent performance with reduced switching noise and a maximum operating frequency of 180kHz. Requiring only three external components, it enables compact, low-ripple, and cost-effective step-up designs. The integrated CE (Chip Enable) pin helps minimize power consumption during standby operation.
With up to 85% efficiency and the ability to provide 400mA output current at 3V input, this IC is well-suited for portable electronics, low-voltage devices, and compact power modules.
