The P6KE160A TVS Diode is a unidirectional transient voltage suppression diode designed to protect sensitive electronics from high-energy transients such as lightning surges, inductive switching spikes, and electrostatic discharge. With a reverse standoff voltage of 136V, breakdown voltage range of 152V to 168V, and maximum clamping voltage of 219V, this diode ensures reliable overvoltage protection in demanding environments.
Rated for 600W peak pulse power and housed in a robust DO-15 through-hole package, the P6KE160A provides fast response time, excellent clamping performance, and long-term stability. It is ideal for industrial controls, power supplies, consumer electronics, and automotive circuitry requiring dependable surge suppression.
