The RZC7512 is a compact, dual-channel USB Dedicated Charging Port (DCP) controller IC designed to support fast and reliable charging across multiple USB charging standards. Fully compliant with USB BC1.2 battery charging specification, it automatically detects device types by monitoring the USB data line voltages and configures the appropriate charging protocol.
Supporting Apple, Samsung, China Telecom (YD/T 1591-2009), and standard BC1.2 DCP modes, the RZC7512 ensures universal device compatibility. With its wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V, compact SOT23-6 package, and robust auto-detection capabilities, it is ideal for chargers, power banks, adapters, and USB power modules.
