Product Description:
The SRV05-4 ESD Protection Array Diode is a compact, multi-line transient protection solution designed for safeguarding high-speed data interfaces. Featuring eight surge-rated low-capacitance steering diodes and an integrated TVS diode, it provides robust ESD and surge protection for up to four I/O lines, making it ideal for USB 2.0, FireWire, DVI, HDMI, Ethernet, and other high-frequency differential lines.
With a 5V reverse stand-off voltage, 6V breakdown voltage, and clamping voltage between 12.5V–17V, the SRV05-4 ensures effective suppression of transient spikes. Its low capacitance rating of 3pF–5pF maintains signal integrity up to 1GHz with minimal insertion loss. The device meets IEC 61000-4-2 ESD immunity standards up to ±15kV (air) and ±8kV (contact), providing industry-standard protection in a compact SOT-23-6L package.
