TP4056 1A Li-ion Lithium Battery Charging Module with Current Protection – Type C
This TP4056 1A Lithium Battery Charging Module is designed for safely charging single-cell 3.7V Li-ion batteries. It uses the reliable TP4056 charge controller IC with an integrated DW01 protection IC, offering constant 1A charging current and built-in safety features like over-voltage, over-charge, and over-discharge protection. The Type-C USB input makes it ideal for modern projects and easy powering.
This module is especially useful for DIY battery-powered devices using 18650 cells that lack a built-in protection circuit. When battery voltage drops below 2.4V, it automatically cuts off the load to prevent battery damage.
How to Use:

Connect a Type-C cable to power the module, or use 5V DC via
IN+andIN-pads. -
Connect your 3.7V lithium cell to
B+andB-. -
You may also connect a load to
OUT+andOUT-, but always disconnect the load during charging. -
LED Indicators: Red = Charging, Green = Fully Charged
Note:

Use correct polarity: No reverse polarity protection

Do not charge above 1C rate of your battery capacity

Best charging current: ~37% of battery capacity (e.g., 400mA for 1000mAh)

If input voltage >5.2V, the current may auto-limit for chip safety
