Is there a minimum order?
No fixed minimum, but this route is built for volume. For one or two pieces the main store is usually quicker.
What format should the BOM be in?
A spreadsheet is easiest - part number, description and quantity per row. XLSX, XLS, CSV or PDF all work. If you do not have one, just write the list in the message box.
How long does a quotation take?
Usually within one working day. Larger or unusual lists can take a little longer while we confirm availability.
Do I pay online?
No. Nothing is charged on the website. You receive a quotation by email with our bank details, and you transfer only once you are happy with the price.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Add your GSTIN to the form or the quotation and it appears on the invoice.
