The 20x15x10mm Silver Aluminium Heat Sink is a lightweight, efficient cooling solution designed specifically for TO-220 package components including MOSFETs, power transistors, voltage regulators, and high-power ICs. Its 6-blade design provides a larger surface area than standard 4-fin models, with a 2 mm base plate and 1 mm thick blades for rapid heat absorption and fast air-cooling. Weighing only 3 g, it adds minimal mass to your PCB. Note: as an uncoated silver-tone heat sink, it is electrically conductive — use a mica or silicone insulator and plastic shoulder washer if the TO-220 metal tab is connected to a voltage source.
