BC847B NPN Transistor SOT-23 45V 100mA General Purpose SMD

The BC847B is a versatile general-purpose NPN silicon bipolar junction transistor (BJT) housed in a compact SOT-23 surface-mount package. It is the SMD equivalent of the popular BC547 through-hole transistor and is widely used in switching, amplification, and low-power signal processing applications.
