CPC1017N Solid State Relay SPST-NO MOSFET SOP-4 IXYS

The CPC1017N from IXYS Integrated Circuits is a compact solid-state relay designed for reliable switching of DC loads in electronic and industrial applications. It features a 1 Form A (SPST-NO) contact configuration with MOSFET output, providing silent operation and high reliability compared to mechanical relays.

This relay supports load voltages up to 60V DC and load currents up to 100mA. It operates with a low control voltage range of 900mV to 1.4V, making it suitable for direct interfacing with low-voltage control circuits. The device uses optocoupler isolation between input and output to ensure safe signal separation and improved system protection.
