The ATmega328-U is a low-power, high-performance 8-bit AVR microcontroller based on advanced RISC architecture. Designed for embedded and control applications, it operates at speeds up to 20MHz and supports a wide operating voltage range from 1.8V to 5.5V.

Featuring 32KB Flash memory, high-endurance non-volatile memory segments, and 23 programmable I/O lines, the ATmega328-U is suitable for automation, robotics, IoT, and general embedded system designs. It includes six PWM channels, a real-time counter with separate oscillator, internal calibrated oscillator, power-on reset, and programmable brown-out detection for reliable operation.

Housed in a DIP-28 through-hole package, it is ideal for prototyping, educational use, and production-level embedded applications.
