The IRFZ44N N-Channel Power MOSFET is a high-efficiency power transistor designed for demanding switching and power control applications. Manufactured using Advanced HEXFET® technology, it offers low on-resistance, fast switching performance, and excellent reliability, making it suitable for industrial, automotive, and consumer electronic applications.
With a 55V drain-source voltage (VDS) rating and 49A continuous drain current, the IRFZ44N is capable of handling high-current loads such as DC motors, LED lighting systems, battery chargers, power supplies, and inverters.
