HC4067M 16-Channel Analog Multiplexer/Demultiplexer – SOIC-24 – High-Speed CMOS

The HC4067M (commonly known as CD74HC4067M) is a high-speed CMOS 16-channel analog multiplexer/demultiplexer, ideal for routing multiple analog or digital signals through a single input/output line. Functioning as a single-pole, 16-throw (SP16T) analog switch, this IC is widely used in sensor expansion, audio routing, data acquisition, and signal selection applications.

Operating over a wide supply voltage range of 2V to 10V, the HC4067M supports full-range analog signal switching with a typical on-resistance of 70Ω (at 4.5V). Its four binary select inputs (S0–S3) and active-HIGH enable pin provide fast and reliable digital control.
