The IR2110 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver with independent high-side and low-side output channels, designed for half-bridge and full-bridge applications. It supports a floating channel that can drive N-channel power MOSFETs or IGBTs in high-side configurations operating up to 500V or 600V, depending on the model.

Engineered with proprietary HVIC and latch-immune CMOS technologies, the IR2110 ensures rugged operation, fast switching, and protection against cross-conduction and transients. With 3.3V logic compatibility, matched propagation delays, and built-in undervoltage lockout (UVLO), it is ideal for motor control, SMPS, inverters, and other demanding applications.
