The ULN2003ADR is a high-voltage, high-current NPN Darlington transistor array featuring seven independent Darlington pairs with integrated clamp diodes—ideal for driving inductive loads such as relays, motors, solenoids, stepper motors, and high-current LEDs.
Designed to interface directly with TTL and 5V CMOS logic, each channel supports up to 500mA of collector current and up to 50V output voltage. Multiple channels may be paralleled for higher current applications. Packaged in a compact SOP-16, the ULN2003ADR offers easy integration in both hobby and industrial control circuits.
This device is commonly used in motor control boards, relay drivers, automation systems, display drivers, and embedded electronics where reliable high-current switching is required.
