The Vishay DG201BDJ-E3 is a precision quad SPST (Single-Pole Single-Throw) normally-closed analog switch IC designed for high-performance analog signal routing. As an enhanced version of the industry-standard DG201A, it offers lower on-resistance, faster switching speed, and greater reliability for demanding analog applications.
Capable of operating from single or dual power supplies, the DG201BDJ-E3 supports ranges from +5V to +22V single supply, or ±4.5V to ±22V dual-supply, making it adaptable to a wide variety of systems, including instrumentation, audio, data acquisition, and communication circuits.
With a typical 45Ω on-resistance, 120 ns turn-on time, and extremely low leakage, it provides clean switching performance with minimal signal distortion. The logic inputs are fully TTL and CMOS compatible, ensuring easy integration with standard digital control circuits.
Although marked End-of-Life (EOL) by Vishay, the DG201BDJ-E3 remains in active use and is still available from multiple distributors. Packaged in a standard PDIP-16 through-hole package, it is ideal for prototyping and legacy hardware support.
