The XL6009 DC-DC Step-Up Boost Converter Module is a high-performance non-isolated switching regulator engineered to step up low input voltages into a stable higher DC output. Equipped with an onboard multi-turn trimmer potentiometer, it converts a wide 3V–32V input into an adjustable 5V–35V output at up to 97% efficiency. It is a popular cost-effective power routing block for battery systems, custom prototyping, and voltage-matching applications.
Operating at a high 400kHz switching frequency, the XL6009 uses smaller internal filter components for minimal output ripple (<30mV) and an ultra-compact footprint. The blank reverse PCB side acts as an integrated copper-plane heatsink, eliminating the need for external cooling fins under standard 2A loads.
