The SIM A7670C 4G + 2G LTE development board is a compact and versatile wireless communication module based on the SIMCOM A7670C chipset. It supports LTE-TDD, LTE-FDD, GSM, GPRS, and EDGE networks, offering reliable connectivity with data speeds up to 10Mbps downlink and 5Mbps uplink.
Designed for embedded and IoT applications, this module operates on a 5V–12V input and features a serial UART interface for easy communication using AT commands. It includes onboard logic level conversion, a micro SIM card holder, and a U.FL connector for external antenna connection. With built-in support for TCP/IP protocols such as HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, and SSL, it enables seamless internet-based applications.
The board provides multiple interface pins including RING, DTR, STATUS, NETLIGHT, and RESET, along with support for speaker and microphone connections. Its low power consumption (<10mA in sleep mode) makes it suitable for battery-powered systems. Ideal for IoT devices, telemetry, tracking systems, and remote monitoring applications.
