The AOD4126 (D4126) is a high-performance N-Channel power MOSFET built using advanced SDMOS™ trench technology, offering ultra-low RDS(on), low gate charge, and excellent switching efficiency. Housed in a robust TO-252 (DPAK) surface-mount package, this MOSFET supports up to 43A continuous current and 100V drain-source voltage, making it ideal for high-power switching applications.
Designed for demanding power electronics, the AOD4126 delivers reliable performance in PWM motor control, DC load switching, high-efficiency power converters, battery management, LED drivers, and industrial power stages. Its controlled switching characteristics, along with 100% UIS and Rg testing, ensure ruggedness and long-term reliability.
The low on-resistance values—<24mΩ @ 10V and <30mΩ @ 7V—enable high-efficiency operation with reduced heat dissipation, even at high currents.
