TSH80IYLT Wideband Operational Amplifier 100MHz STMicroelectronics

The TSH80IYLT from STMicroelectronics is a high-speed wideband operational amplifier designed for precision signal amplification and high-frequency applications. It offers a 3dB bandwidth of up to 100MHz and a gain bandwidth product of 65MHz, delivering fast and accurate signal processing.

Operating with a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 12V, this rail-to-rail output amplifier provides high slew rate of 117V/µs and output current capability up to 55mA. With low input offset voltage and low noise characteristics, it ensures reliable performance in demanding analog circuits.
