The B320AE-13 from Diodes Incorporated is a high-efficiency Schottky rectifier diode designed for fast switching and low forward voltage drop applications. With a forward current rating of 3A and a repetitive reverse voltage of 20V, it provides reliable rectification in compact power circuits.
Built using silicon Schottky technology, this diode offers a low forward voltage of approximately 450mV and fast recovery characteristics, improving efficiency in power conversion applications. It also supports a high surge current capability of up to 80A, making it suitable for demanding switching and protection circuits.
Housed in an SMA (DO-214AC) surface-mount package, the B320AE-13 is widely used in DC-DC converters, power supplies, reverse polarity protection, and high-frequency rectification applications.
