The ATTiny13A-SSU is a compact and low-power 8-bit AVR microcontroller designed for small-scale embedded applications. Featuring 1KB Flash, 64B SRAM, and 64B EEPROM, it delivers reliable performance for simple control and signal processing tasks.

Operating at clock speeds up to 20MHz with a wide voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V, this MCU is ideal for battery-powered and space-constrained designs. It includes a 4-channel 10-bit ADC, 8-bit Timer/Counter with PWM, analog comparator, watchdog timer, and supports SPI and debugWire interfaces.
