EL817C Optocoupler – SOP-4 Phototransistor Output, 5kV Isolation – Everlight

The EL817C Optocoupler is a compact, high-reliability optical isolation device featuring an infrared LED coupled to a phototransistor, all housed in a SOP-4 SMD package.
