The SMBJ24CA TVS Diode is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor designed to protect 24V electronic circuits from damaging voltage spikes, ESD events, inductive load switching, and lightning-induced transients. With a reverse stand-off voltage of 24V, a breakdown voltage up to 29.5V, and a clamping voltage of 38.9V, it provides strong, reliable surge protection for sensitive components.
Engineered with a fast response time (<1 ps) and capable of handling 15.4A peak pulse current, the SMBJ24CA ensures effective transient suppression in demanding industrial, automotive, and communication applications. Its compact SMB (DO-214AA) package allows for efficient PCB space usage and supports automated surface-mount assembly.
